Where are reports on activities of Polish companies published?

Reports on a company's operations are submitted to the National Court Register (KRS) within 15 days of the date of approval of its annual accounts. These documents are published in the Financial Documents Repository (RDF), available at the https://ekrs.ms.gov.pl/rdf/pd/search_df.

Due to the need to electronically sign the activities report, these documents are often only available in pdf.xades, pdf.xml, xml or xades. So the question arises, how to read Polish companies’ reports on activities saved in the xml or xades file?

From a technical point of view, a pdf.xml or pdf.xades file contains information about a document and an electronic signature. The document itself is encoded in the base64 schema. What is included in the activity report?

In accordance with Article 49(2) of the Polish Accounting Act, an report on an entity's operations should include material information about assets and financial position, including an assessment of entity’s results and an indication of risk factors and a description of risks.

In practice, reports on an entity's operations often provide as relevant information as financial statements, such as data regarding company risks or sources of revenue.
