Load an XML or XAdES file with the financial statement, then click on the „Export to excel” button to get the financial data in a spreadsheet.

To convert a financial statement saved in XML or XAdES format to a spreadsheet:

• Step 1.

  Download the financial report of the entity of interest from the official website of the Polish Ministry of Justice.

• Step 2.

  Decode the report using our free browser.

• Step 3. Click the 'Export to excel' button. The converted file should download automatically.

Polish Financial Report (XML/XAdES) to Excel (XLSX)

Below we describe in detail how you can convert XML or XAdES files with annual reports of Polish institutions to spreadsheets. For example, we will export to Excel financial statements of the company „PL.2012+ sp. z o.o.”, which is the company of the Polish National Stadium.

To download the financial report of a Polish company, go to the https://ekrs.ms.gov.pl/rdf/pd/search_df website.

Select the financial statement you would like to read in MS Excel and click on the 'Pokaż szczegóły' ('Show details') button. For the purpose of this example, we will download the “Roczne sprawozdanie finansowe” („Annual Financial Statement”) for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.

Then click on 'Pobierz dokumenty' ('Download documents') and 'Pobierz' ('Download'), to start the download.

Select a save location.

Sadly, the downloaded XML or XAdES file is meant only for computer analysis. However, you can read these files using our free reader available on the website mojeanalizy.pl.

Go to the mojeanalizy.pl website and click on the „Upload file” button.

Select the downloaded XML or XAdES file.

To export data from a financial report to an XLSX file, click on the „Export to excel” button in the upper left corner of the screen.

Next, save the XLSX file.

A file saved from a mojeanalizy.pl page can be read using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or OpenOffice.
